Strategic Consulting 

MCP prepares Business Plans, Placement Memorandums, Strategic Plans, Financial Models and/or Market Analysis under a flat fee schedule. MCP does not charge an hourly rate like a law firm. Generally, MCP’s Strategic Consulting fees are paid under the following schedule: 1) 50% of the total fees paid upfront upon execution of an Engagement Letter; 2) 25% of the total fees paid upon delivery of the first draft and 3) the remainder immediately paid upon delivery of the final product. All MCP fees and deliverables are detailed in a clearly written Engagement Letter.
